Notes on Connectivity
I used this handout in a first year graduate course in complex variables to supplement Don Sarason's wonderful text Notes on Complex Function Theory. It develops basic results about connected sets and components in the setting of metric spaces (although no metric is ever mentioned), with particular emphasis on R^n.
